Job summary

Code Plus Inc in Huntsville, AL is seeking an MPH Requirement and Verification Lead - SME to support NASA HSMD programs at Marshall Space Flight Center. You will lead requirements management, verification planning, and integration across NASA, international partners, and other stakeholders.

The role requires a engineering degree with extensive aerospace experience and proven leadership in systems engineering, with strong written and verbal communication. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 20 or more years of direct engineering experience, or MS with 18 years' experience.
• Experience with aerospace systems development and systems engineering lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements development, management, decomposition, and traceability for complex aerospace systems.
• Coordinate requirements integration across multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of requirements management processes and databases.
• Facilitate requirements reviews, assessments, and change management activities.
• Develop and maintain tailored verification strategies, plans, and documentation; coordinate with international partners.
• Track verification status, closure activities, and complex metrics.
• Support configuration management and change control related to requirements and verification products.
• Participate in technical reviews, milestone reviews, and program decision forums.
• Develop technical presentations, reports, and status products for management and stakeholders.
• Lead technical working groups and coordinate among engineering organizations, customers, and partners.
• Support systems engineering and integration across all phases of the lifecycle.
