Job summary

Bluestar Moving Services in Naples, FL is seeking a dependable Team Lead to guide field staff through downsizing, relocation, and home organization projects. You will serve as on-site contact, oversee planning, packing, and client care, and ensure operations run smoothly with compassion.

We require a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 25 lbs, and willingness to travel locally. Prior supervisory experience is a plus, with flexible part-time hours (2–8 per day) and project-based scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel within Venice, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte counties.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate team members on onsite projects.
• Serve as liaison between the client and Bluestar leadership during jobs.
• Assist clients in sorting belongings and deciding what to keep, donate, or discard.
• Safely pack fragile and high-value items for transport or storage.
• Ensure safety and quality standards at all times.
• Monitor progress and delegate tasks to meet timelines.
• Resolve client concerns calmly and professionally.
• Model compassionate, client-centered service at all times.
