Job summary

Caring Transitions Tustin-Orange in the Orange County area is seeking a Team Member to join our team. The assistant manages the jobs at various locations, including admin work, online auction setup, packing, unpacking and move management along with treasure hunting and curating spaces.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of packing/unpacking, auctions, computer skills and be able to multitask as well as pay close attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Be sensitive and compassionate when needed
• Follow directions as well as think for themselves
• Reliable vehicle and able to travel
• Physically fit
• Able to move up to 50 pounds
• Available 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Varying shifts each week. Scheduled as needed.

Responsibilities

• Able to use apps on phone to run job
• Run logistics in move management, sales, etc.
• Run daily tasks. Monitor the progress of issues and provide solutions for the clients. Think outside the box. Problem solve obstacles
• Pack and unpack boxes
• Set up auctions and pick up logistics
