• Perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service.
• Communicate repairs needed to the Service Manager or Writer both verbally and in writing.
• Train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians.
• Meet deadlines and complete work productively and profitably.
• Own the complete set of tools.
• Follow dealership policies and procedures pertaining to the department.
• Follow company dress codes and stay well groomed.
• Handle other duties to support the department and dealership.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all staff.
