Job summary

You’ll collaborate with Performance Marketing, Analytics, Brand Marketing, and Creative teams to turn data into compelling visuals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Motion Design or related field, 5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics or related disciplines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design across paid media.
• Experience creating motion assets for paid social, digital video, display advertising, and performance campaigns.
• Knowledge of performance marketing principles and testing methodologies.
• Strong storytelling, typography, and design fundamentals.
• Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and video assets across paid social, display, video, and other performance channels.
• Develop conversion-focused creative to support acquisition and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to translate strategies into motion concepts.
• Design creative variations for A/B testing and optimization.
• Apply insights to inform creative decisions and improve asset effectiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, and analysts throughout campaigns.
