Job summary

Insight Global in Renton, WA is seeking a seasoned motion graphics artist to craft 2D animations for social, paid media, and web. You will build reusable motion systems, templates, lower thirds, title cards, and modular kits to scale creative output.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate direction into branded assets, and deliver organized source files with versioning. Proficiency in After Effects is essential, with experience in Cinema 4D or Blender for basic 3D needs.

Qualifications

• Deep After Effects proficiency and motion fundamentals.
• Strong typography in motion, composition and timing.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or AE-integrated 3D tools/plugins.

Create 2D motion graphics for social, paid media, web, video overlays, end cards, and campaign toolkits. Build reusable motion systems such as templates, lower thirds, title cards, and modular packages to help scale creative output. Support basic 3D needs, including simple camera moves, lighting, text/logo treatments, and integration of 3D elements into 2D motion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret direction, recommend motion approaches, and deliver brand-consistent assets with organized source files and versioning.

Skills and Requirements

Deep After Effects proficiency, motion fundamentals, typography in motion, composition, timing, and experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or AE-integrated 3D tools/plugins. Toolkit/template design, compositing, color and lighting sensibility, gaming/entertainment/fandom brand experience, and Adobe + Figma fluency.
