E-Logic is seeking a talented Video Graphic Designer to create compelling motion graphics and visual content supporting the U.S. Department of State.

The selected candidate will develop graphics, animations, and branded multimedia assets for digital campaigns, social media, and video productions while ensuring creative consistency across all deliverables. This role requires leading design efforts, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with producers to tell strong stories through motion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in multimedia arts, graphic design, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional motion graphics or multimedia design experience.
• Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating animation and branding.

Responsibilities

• Design motion graphics and digital visual assets.
• Create graphics for video productions, presentations, and social media.
• Develop After Effects templates and original animations.
• Collaborate with producers to enhance video storytelling.
• Ensure branding consistency across multimedia content.
• Mentor team members on motion graphics best practices.
