Job summary

E-Logic is seeking a Video Project Coordinator to oversee the planning and coordination of digital video projects supporting the U.S. Department of State. The successful candidate will manage project schedules, coordinate production teams, support stakeholder communications, and ensure successful delivery of strategic multimedia initiatives.

Based in Washington, DC, the role primarily supports on-site production activities with occasional extended hours to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred for senior roles.
• 7+ years of experience managing multimedia or video production projects.
• Experience coordinating creative teams and digital media initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple video production projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead production teams and facilitate project planning.
• Monitor schedules, deliverables, and production performance.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and creative teams.
• Track project metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
• Ensure adherence to production standards and media asset management procedures.
