Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Creative Services Graphic Designer to lead motion design, animation, and video editing for in-branch experiences, sponsorship activations, social campaigns, and executive content. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to translate complex ideas into engaging visuals across multiple channels.

The role requires agency-grade craft, a strong portfolio, and mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, video editing, or multimedia production within an agency, in-house agency, production studio, or enterprise marketing environment.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, storytelling, and video editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder.
• Experience creating content for digital, social, sponsorship, experiential, environmental, and enterprise communication channels.
• Strong understanding of storyboarding, visual communication, pacing, typography, composition, and cinematic storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of animation, motion graphics, and video content that supports PNC's brand, business, and customer objectives.
• Help to create compelling visual narratives that simplify complex concepts and strengthen audience engagement.
• Work with the ACD to develop storyboards, animatics, motion systems, and video treatments that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Translate creative concepts into polished motion experiences optimized for multiple channels and audiences.
• Serve as the in-house editor for enterprise video content, including in-branch DCN campaigns, sponsorship activations, social media and internal executive video requests.
• Direct post-production workflows including editing, color correction, sound design, animation integration, and final delivery.
• Ensure all video assets meet quality, accessibility, compliance, brand, and technical standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional creative quality and attention to detail.
