Job summary

Amazon Device Brand Studio seeks a Senior Motion Designer to lead motion craft for launches and campaigns across Amazon's devices portfolio, from concept through final cut. You will own animation, styleframes, and edit for keynote, product pages, and social deliverables, collaborating with creative directors, editors, and production teams.

The role requires strong craft, comfort presenting concepts to stakeholders, and the ability to move between styleframes, animation, and edit while upholding

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience.
• Available online portfolio.
• Experience art directing motion designers, illustrators, writers and content creators.
• Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own motion design and animation execution for campaigns and launches from concept through final delivery.
• Develop styleframes, storyboards, and animation concepts translating brand strategy into motion.
• Edit and finish film and motion content for keynote, campaign, and social deliverables.
• Partner with creative directors and art directors to develop and pitch motion concepts and territories.
• Collaborate with editors, sound designers, and production to keep motion work on schedule and technically sound.
• Give feedback and technical guidance to junior motion designers on the team.
• Maintain technical and craft standards across motion deliverables as formats and platforms evolve.
