Job summary

Amazon Devices Brand Studio, an internal agency within Amazon Devices, seeks a talented motion designer to own motion and film craft for product lines and campaigns from concept through final delivery, including launches that are new to world and new to Amazon.

You will work closely with creative directors, editors, writers, and production teams to develop motion concepts and executions, ensuring brand consistency while delivering across keynote, product pages, and social deliverables.

Qualifications

• 8+ years design experience
• A portfolio available online
• Experience art directing motion designers, illustrators, writers and content creators
• Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead motion design and animation execution for campaigns and launch moments, from concept through final delivery
• Develop styleframes, storyboards, and animation concepts that translate brand strategy into motion
• Edit and finish film and motion content for keynote, campaigns, and social deliverables
• Partner with creative directors and art directors to develop and pitch motion concepts and territories
• Collaborate with editors, sound designers, and production to keep motion work on schedule and technically sound
• Provide feedback and technical guidance to junior motion designers on the team
• Maintain technical and craft standards across motion deliverables as formats and platforms evolve
