Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience developing high‑performance motion control systems.
- Expertise in motion control systems, servo tuning, and frequency-domain analysis.
- Experience with system identification, dynamic modeling, and machine calibration.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, analysis, and optimization of precision motion systems for metrology and inspection equipment.
- Characterize machine dynamics via measurements, identification, and modeling.
- Tune controllers and validate performance for settling time, tracking accuracy, and throughput.
- Perform modal testing and analysis to identify resonances and dynamic behavior.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and systems teams to deliver integrated solutions.
