ACCIONA is looking for an experienced Traffic Control MOT Manager for the SR400 Express Lanes Project in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This role involves planning and overseeing temporary traffic control efforts to ensure compliance with GDOT and safety standards.

The successful candidate will develop MOT plans, supervise traffic control activities, and coordinate with various stakeholders. This position requires a minimum of 5 years in traffic control management and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MOT or traffic control management experience on large highway or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of GDOT standards, MUTCD, and relevant federal/state work zone regulations.
• Certified MOT Manager or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive MOT plans aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate traffic control activities with construction teams and local agencies.
• Supervise daily lane closures, detours, and traffic shifts.
