Job summary

Horrocks seeks a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager to oversee MOT engineering for transportation projects in the Mountain West region. You will lead teams, coordinate with discipline leads, and work closely with contractor partners to develop MOT schemes from pursuits to project execution.

The role requires a strong client focus, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects across a range of freeways and highways.

Qualifications

• PE license preferred; states UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA commonly accepted.
• 10+ years leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years DOT DB or PDB experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead MOT design efforts and develop schemes with contractors during pursuits and execution.
