Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking products, mortgages, mortgage products, financial analysis, and loan origination.
• Client prospecting, customer relationship management, customer solutions, and sales skills.
• Ability to develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services.
• Ability to review documentation for compliance.
• Ability to collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Recommend loan solutions to existing firm customers and prospective clients sourced through strategic initiative platforms
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships
• Seek prospective opportunities to retain or develop new clients
• Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services
• Review documentation to ensure compliance
• Manage the customer pipeline for efficiency
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions
