Texans Credit Union is seeking a Real Estate Loan Origination Manager to lead and develop Mortgage Loan Originators, focusing on coaching, performance management, and disciplined production. The role drives member-focused outcomes and sustainable loan growth.

The manager partners with Real Estate Lending leadership to forecast production, set goals, and maintain a compliant, smooth origination process from lead to closing while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in mortgage lending, real estate lending sales, or a goal-oriented financial services sales environment.
• 3 years in a management or supervisory role, with direct involvement in origination or sales leadership.
• Experience with mortgage origination processes, compliance, and disclosure requirements.
• Ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Mortgage Loan Originators through coaching, observations, and development planning.
• Forecast production, set sales goals, and implement strategies aligned with objectives.
• Maintain a strong, member-centric mortgage sales and service environment with smooth processes.
• Drive a disciplined sales cadence, monitor pipeline, and manage lead follow-up and closures.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, closing, compliance, and other partners to optimize flow.
• Provide onboarding, ramp-up and ongoing development for new hires and staff.
