A leading financial services organization is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to provide exceptional service and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include handling mortgage inquiries, completing loan applications, and collaborating with underwriting. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in mortgage lending with strong sales and communication skills. Provides professional, knowledgeable and courteous service to our clients through all applicable delivery channels by meeting mortgage needs of members, Financial advisors and employees throughout the United States. Responsible for enhancing client relationships by identifying needs and cross-selling appropriate Thrivent Financial Credit Union products and services. Independently respond to client questions, concerns and requests in a timely manner to ensure loans are closed within expected timeframe. Maintain safety and security of client, employee & credit union assets by adhering to regulations, policies and procedures.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $27.31 - $36.95 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
