Job summary

Fairygodboss is looking for a Senior Home Lending Advisor located in Summerville, South Carolina. In this position, you'll use your knowledge of home lending products to assist customers as their primary point of contact throughout the loan process. You will work collaboratively within a motivated team dedicated to helping clients secure their dream of homeownership.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of mortgage lending experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience and proven sales skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines required.
• Strong consultative skills to assess customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team on loans and services.
• Collaborates to create outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintains good relationships with customers and promotes mortgage loans.
