This role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years of mortgage lending experience and proven sales success. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and have a strong understanding of the local real estate market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team on products and services.
• Collaborate with bankers to introduce clients to additional services.
• Develop strong partnerships for mortgage loan originations.
