Infosys seeks an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to drive IT infrastructure assessments, define scalable deployment strategies, and collaborate across client and internal teams to optimize performance and reliability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience in IT infrastructure assessment and optimization.
• Ability to coordinate complex incidents and apply preventive measures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and document findings with preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and produce actionable assessment reports.
• Design scalable, cost-efficient IT infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation.
• Align release schedules, manage deployments, and perform post-deployment testing.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Analyze performance data and support capacity planning for optimization.
