Job summary

Asana is seeking a Senior Pricing Strategy & Operations Manager to drive the monetization strategy across the organization. This individual contributor role reports to the Head of Pricing & Packaging and partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to optimize end-to-end monetization and sustainable revenue growth.

The role is based in San Francisco with an office-centric hybrid schedule, including in-office days and flexible remote options depending on team needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy consulting or B2B software.
• 4+ years in pricing at enterprise SaaS companies.
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling.
• Expertise in SaaS pricing, self-serve and sales-led GTM.
• Ability to present to C-suite and Board.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead monetization strategy, including packaging and pricing models.
• Define near-term and long-term monetization strategies for executives.
• Lead analyses to inform pricing decisions across the company.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to shape pricing.
• Drive end-to-end execution of monetization initiatives.
