Ibility is seeking an experienced Momentum Technical Analyst/Performance Tester to support a large federal customer. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive software development/engineering experience.
  • Hands-on Momentum Financials in cloud environments.
  • SQL/PLSQL development with Oracle databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Control‑M.
  • Experience in Momentum Form Import data files and WinSCP.
  • Momentum web service API testing and automation development.
  • Proficiency in Groovy, Java, Perl, Bash, PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
  • Experience with GitHub and diverse testing environments (DEV/TEST/UAT).

We are seeking an experienced Momentum Technical Analyst/Performance Tester for an opportunity supporting a large federal customer. The focus of this role will be supporting the implementation of Momentum in a cloud-based environment and performance testing the application for future volume capacities and system limitations. The candidate will support the Technical SME and Program Manager with developing automated Performance Testing solutions and deliver high quality output and guidance to each of the Team Leads and staff members. The chosen candidate will be a self-starter who demonstrates initiative, interfaces well with multiple clients and has experience in taking ownership of work assignments and project schedules within a fast-paced technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Technical Testing subject matter expert for Momentum performance testing initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated performance testing frameworks aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend automation approaches, tools, and best practices to maximize testing efficiency and minimize testing complexity.
  • Lead the development of automated performance testing solutions leveraging an array of software development languages and tools.
  • Mentor and coach the performance testing developers and analysts to deliver high quality solutions that satisfy the client’s needs.
  • Ensure automated solutions are version-controlled, traceable, and well-documented.
  • Configure, maintain, and upgrade the automation tool environments and related plugins.
  • Integrate automation tools with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, and other automation applications) to enable continuous testing and repeatability.
  • Manage test environment connectivity, data dependencies, and tool access for the technical and testing teams.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of software development or software engineering experience, or Master’s degree and 6 years of software development or software engineering experience.
  • Hands‑on technical experience with Momentum Financials and implementation of Momentum in a cloud-based environment.
  • Hands‑on technical experience with troubleshooting Momentum technical configurations and parsing Momentum logs to perform root‑cause analysis.
  • Proficiency working with Oracle databases and expert‑level SQL and PL/SQL development.
  • Experience installing, maintaining, and working with CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins or job schedulers such as Control‑M.
  • Hands‑on experience in developing Momentum Form Import data files in a compliant data structure and experience using SFTP tools such as WinSCP.
  • Hands‑on experience in utilizing, testing, and developing technical solutions to test Momentum web service APIs.
  • Proficiency with Groovy, Java, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, or similar common scripting languages used within automation frameworks.
  • Experience working within or supporting federal agencies or highly regulated environments.
  • Ability to work within multienvironment federal testing ecosystems (e.g., DEV, TEST, UAT, Pre‑Prod).
  • Strong understanding of API and GUI testing capabilities.
  • Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
  • Ability to analyze test failures and perform root‑cause analysis.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
  • Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with RedHat OpenShift.
  • Experience testing financial systems, ERP modules, or similar enterprise applications.
