Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; further qualifications considered.
• Associate's degree with relevant lab experience acceptable.

• Experience with molecular biology techniques is preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned molecular biology experiments independently.
• Perform PCR, gel electrophoresis, assays, and cell culture.
• Process tissue and blood samples; maintain accurate records.
• Record and analyze results; support grant proposals and manuscripts.
• Train junior staff and students in methods and equipment use.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and procurement needs.
