Job summary

Intel Corporation in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a seasoned Process Engineer to lead a team within the Thin Films Metals Department on Shift 1. You will drive safety, quality, equipment reliability, and performance improvements while mentoring engineers and technicians.

The role requires a BS or MS in engineering with 4+ years (or 2+ years with Master’s) of semiconductor process experience, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 4+ years of semiconductor process engineering experience.
• Or Master’s degree and 2+ years of semiconductor process engineering experience.
• Preferred: MBPS methodologies, equipment troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to reach safety, quality, and performance goals.
• Lead performance management and development for engineers and technicians in Thin Films Metals.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure cross-functional consistency and results across shifts.
• Support factory initiatives through IMT, Production, and TMI teams.
• Model the organization's culture with high standards for behavior and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence focusing on safety, teamwork, and high performance.
