You will write performant C/C++ for DSP and Arm cores, collaborate across hardware, software, and test teams, and advance AI-native engineering practices such as AI-assisted code review and automated test synthesis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of software engineering or related experience.
• Master's degree with 1+ year of software engineering or related work experience, or PhD in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize real-time embedded modem software across protocol layers, drivers, and platform services.
• Apply data-structure and algorithm design to build efficient firmware components.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery: requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, bring-up, and maintenance.
• Pioneer AI-native development practices and integrate AI coding agents into workflows.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted tooling for code review, static analysis, test synthesis, and crash/log triage.
• Debug and root-cause complex issues on target hardware using AI-assisted analysis of logs and RAM dumps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, hardware, test, and integration teams.
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering standards for AI in the SDLC.
• Mentor peers on embedded fundamentals and AI-native engineering techniques.
