Job summary

Trideum Corporation seeks a Modeling & Simulation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead cross-functional efforts for Army and DoD projects. The role focuses on integration of modeling, data, and tools to support Acquisition, Analysis, Experimentation, Intelligence, Test & Evaluation, and Training disciplines.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Army organizations, advise on technical requirements, and deliver results for our government customers in a hybrid teleworking arrangement.

Qualifications

• MS in Modeling & Simulation or related STEM field.
• 12+ years of DoD-related project management and systems engineering experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional assessments across Army/DoD stakeholders.
• Proven track record in technical customer liaison roles and status reporting.
• Active Top Secret security clearance, SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Army Modeling & Simulation developers, contracting personnel, and stakeholders to apply tools, data, and services across Army communities.
• Develop technical assessments and identify modernization opportunities for tools, data, and services.
• Interface with government users to assess requirements, budget, and spending plans; propose improvements.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and provide progress updates to government managers.
• Assist with AISE community model/simulation projects involving software development or data management.
