A mid-sized defense contractor is seeking a Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer to support unmanned systems technology development. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in modeling and simulation of autonomous systems. A DoD SECRET clearance is required. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience directly related to modeling and simulation of autonomous systems.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Manufacturer Association (NEMA) and Ingress Protection (IP) requirements for electronics.
• 1 year of experience in Agile software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software design to support unmanned systems technology development.
• Support testbed development for bench testing of hardware/software.
• Conduct PLC programming including Ladder Logic and Function Block methods.
