Job summary

ROI Services LLC seeks a Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer to lead MS&A activities in support of Joint Staff J8 requirements in Arlington, VA. You will plan, execute, and supervise analytical campaigns and develop rigorous models of BMDS end-to-end architecture.

The role requires strong communication with government leadership, cross‑agency collaboration, and mentoring of junior analysts. Travel within the National Capital Region may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• 10+ years of DoW MS&A experience.
• 5+ years supporting Joint Staff/OSD/Service HQ/CCMD HQ.
• Master's degree in engineering (aerospace, electrical, mechanical, or systems).
• Experience with campaign-level modeling and simulation tools (AFSIM, STORM, EADSIM, STK, NSS).
• Proficiency with MATLAB, SAS JMP, Python, or Perl.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on modeling, simulation, and analysis of weapons systems and networks.
• Develop BMDS end-to-end architecture performance models.
• Oversee analytical campaigns aligned to Joint Staff priorities.
• Communicate findings to government leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts and manage data collection and analysis.
