Compendium Federal Technology in Newport News, VA is seeking a Senior Modeling and Simulations Engineer to serve as Assistant Technical Director. This role leads the design and execution of complex defense simulations and mentors engineering staff.

CFT is seeking a highly experienced Senior Modeling and Simulations (M&S) Engineer to serve a dual role as our Assistant Technical Director. Operating out of our Newport News and Langley AFB locations, you will be a cornerstone of our technical leadership team. In this capacity, you will lead the design, development, and execution of complex defense simulations while also assisting the Technical Director in driving technical strategy, overseeing project execution, and mentoring engineering staff. This role bridges the gap between high-level tactical architectures and the granular simulations required to prove their operational viability.
