Job summary

DTCC seeks an experienced professional to lead model risk management activities, validate models, and drive governance across validation processes. You will partner with PMO, OM&A, and model owners to ensure timely validation, high-quality reports, and effective issue resolution.

You will present findings to MRGC, monitor methodologies, and align risk controls with daily responsibilities, contributing to a strong risk-aware culture at DTCC.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on validations and reviews, and write quality model validation reports.
• Coordinate and oversee model validation schedules with PMO to ensure timeliness and quality.
• Collaborate with model owners, developers, and users on validation and issue resolution.
• Work with OM&A to ensure high-quality validation, annual reviews and MPM reports.
• Prepare validation presentations for MRGC meetings and track issues to resolution.
• Present validation results to MRGC and challenge model performance and methodologies.
• Align risk and control processes with day-to-day responsibilities to monitor risk.
