• Supervises Veteran Transportation System (VTS) and Beneficiary Travel (BT) activities to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance and program effectiveness.
• Manages VTS/BT operations including Patient Transport, Special Mode Travel, mileage reimbursement, transportation contracts, 911 ambulance claims, inter-facility transfers, and common carrier transportation.
