Job summary

U.S. Bank in Atlanta seeks an Automation Engineer to design, implement, and support robotics process and desktop automations. You will develop automated tests for Android and iOS apps, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires 7–9 years in programming or automation, strong Kotlin/JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and experience with API testing and QA tooling. Flexible collaboration with mobile developers is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven to nine years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test suites for Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Develop and execute API and backend automation using a code-based framework.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, including mobile build and distribution workflows.
• Write, maintain, and review test cases covering functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.
• Collaborate with mobile developers via pull-request reviews and contribute to engineering standards.
• Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted testing tools to improve efficiency.
