Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience on large development projects.
• Ability to provide internal developer community support.
• Experience collaborating with other leads to enhance Tech Lead support.
• Experience using Kotlin, Compose and/or Swift SwiftUI.
• Interest in both UI and business logic layer design and architecture.
• Ability to articulate differences between progressive enhancement and graceful degradation.
• Understand importance of animation in interfaces.
• Excellent collaboration in a highly cross-functional team.
• Interest in staying current with mobile tools like Kotlin Multiplatform and Bitrise.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile development initiatives across iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver robust mobile solutions.
• Mentor and support internal developer communities and junior engineers.
• Evaluate and guide technology choices to balance performance and maintainability.
• Communicate constraints and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
