Job summary

tdgFacilities is seeking a Senior Mobile HVAC Technician in Cincinnati, OH, specializing in chillers/boilers and hydronics. You will diagnose, repair, and install commercial HVAC systems, lead installation teams, and service large facilities across the Tri-State region.

We seek a candidate with extensive HVAC experience, EPA certification, and strong problem-solving skills; the role offers day-time work, on-site duties, and opportunities for career growth within a growing facilities management

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HVAC experience.
• 3+ years of chiller experience.
• 3+ years of boiler experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/diagnose/repair chillers, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
• Work on VRF systems, VAV Boxes, Split Systems, Cooling towers, AHUs & MHUs, BAS Controls.
• Lead a team through commercial HVAC installations of varying sizes and complexity.
• Safely utilize equipment following protocols and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance tasks, and installations.
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; participate in client meetings.
• Utilize mobile technology for reporting and communication.
• Interface with a work order management system.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HVAC systems.
