Job summary

ARB Interactive in the United States is seeking a Senior Mobile Games Designer to own design across the Modo.us portfolio, including casino-style games and bingo.

You will drive mechanics, monetization, and player experience end-to-end, collaborating with an established Product Design team and reporting to the Director of Product Design. This is a high-ownership role for a self-starter who can work with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile/web game or interaction design experience.
• Experience in iGaming/social gaming and understanding related regulatory landscape.
• Ability to work independently with ambiguity and make sound design calls.

Responsibilities

• Design core game mechanics, paylines, bonus triggers and volatility curves.
• Own UX/UI for game flow, onboarding, tutorials and win celebrations.
• Shape monetization, virtual currency economy and IAP packaging.
• Drive LiveOps content, seasonal events and limited-time features.
• Write clear specs and handoffs for engineering and QA.
• Analyze data KPIs and propose tuning changes or A/B tests.
