Job summary

Elavon, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank, is seeking a mobile software engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain advanced mobile experiences on iOS and Android. You will collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable implementations.

Strong experience with Swift/Objective‑C for iOS and Java/Kotlin for Android, plus backend integrations, APIs, and SDKs, is required. Familiarity with DevOps and performance monitoring is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of relevant experience.
• Experience building mobile platform services, SDKs, and backend‑driven mobile apps.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise platforms.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain products.
• Take full stack ownership by delivering production-ready code.
• Ensure designs meet architectural best practices for scalability and reliability.
• Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
• Prioritize work to align with customer experience and compliance requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards.
