Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a mobile software engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality mobile experiences for both iOS and Android platforms. You will contribute across the full stack, including SDKs and backend integrations, while aligning with security and compliance standards.

The role requires strong collaboration in an Agile environment, with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalable design across mobile and backend systems. Hybrid work is supported at U.S. Bank locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of mobile development experience.
• Experience building mobile platform services and SDKs.
• Proficient in Swift/Objective-C (iOS) and Java/Kotlin (Android).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps in software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain mobile products.
• Own full stack outcomes with production‑ready code.
• Ensure designs meet scalability, reliability, and performance requirements.
• Analyze failures and drive architectural improvements.
• Prioritize work to maintain excellent customer experience.
• Participate in code reviews to enforce engineering standards.
