As Senior Mobile Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-performance mobile apps team for CVS customers. Our mobile apps teams are cross-platform – native iOS and Android. You will lead an engineering team in an agile environment building solutions and working closely with Product and UX. The key to success in this position is having a strong and innovative approach to problem-solving, great technical leadership, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a self-motivated working style with attention to detail, all with a Customer first mindset.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a team to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain iOS, Android, and Flutter mobile apps.
• Raise the quality bar of our mobile apps.
• Actively participate in the design and architecture process for new services across teams.
• Instrument your features with metrics and tracing to have a clear picture of operations.
• Participate in code reviews within your team and with other teams.
• Mentor team members and contribute to building a strong, consistent engineering culture.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects.
• Mentor and share knowledge with the team.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building customer-facing mobile native apps.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience working with highly available, large-scale, high-performing applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Experience architecting, designing, and delivering mobile applications.
• Experience defining architecture or solutions for mobile apps.
• Experience with Flutter development for iOS and Android.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $106,605 - $260,590, depending on experience, education, and location. The role is eligible for bonuses, incentives, and equity awards.
