Job summary

Accenture Song is expanding its mobile capabilities and seeks an experienced software engineer to lead a mobile development team. You will architect and deliver native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin) apps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and offshore partners to translate client requirements into scalable solutions.

You bring at least seven years of software development experience, two years leading teams, and hands-on practice with React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of leading a development team.
• 3+ years hands-on native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin), React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
• 2+ years using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Gemini) in the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile applications and lead a team of engineers.
• Mobile architecture and infrastructure design, technology build and deployment on multiple platforms.
• Refine and enhance mobile architectures and frameworks.
• Coordinate with clients and offshore teams; translate requirements into technical architecture.
