Podium Corp Inc. is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer in Lehi, Utah to lead the evolution of their mobile ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will design high-performance architectures for AI Agent interactions on both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences. Your main responsibilities will include increasing mobile capabilities and mentoring junior engineers, all within a fast-paced environment.

With a focus on innovative tools and technologies, you'll be at the forefront of creating impactful AI solutions to enhance local businesses. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in software engineering and is proficient in mobile development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on mobile development.
• Proven expertise in either Swift and/or Kotlin.
• A track record of leading technical projects.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to drive engineering velocity.
• Strong experience with mobile design patterns and memory management.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale the foundational architecture of mobile applications.
• Lead implementation of mobile-specific AI capabilities.
• Own the mobile development lifecycle from specs to deployment.
• Mentor engineers across all levels.
• Prototype rapidly and iterate on complex challenges with minimal guidance.
