Onyx is hiring a Mobile Engineer to build the primary way customers experience Onyx. The role focuses on a React Native stack (Expo, TypeScript) with backend support via Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

You will own key product areas, influence mobile architecture, and ship to a growing audience on iOS and Android. You will collaborate with product, design, backend, data, and trading teams to deliver fast, intuitive, and reliable mobile trading experiences, with opportunities to expand

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional mobile engineering experience.
• Proficient in React Native, Expo, and TypeScript.
• Shipped and maintained consumer apps across iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship customer-facing mobile features using React Native, Expo, and TypeScript.
• Own features across discovery, trading, balances, and payments.
• Build responsive experiences powered by live prices and real-time activity.
• Manage releases across Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
