Job summary

Capgemini in Whippany, NJ is seeking a Mobile Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy mobile apps for iOS and Android. You will collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

You will implement reusable, scalable code, integrate with RESTful APIs and cloud services, and participate in code reviews within Agile/Scrum teams to support robust CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development.
• Proficient in iOS development: Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C.
• Proficient in Android development: Kotlin, Java.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter or React Native).
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture (MVC, MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture and design discussions.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Publish and maintain applications on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and support CI/CD processes.
