Utility is a forward-thinking mobile app and digital platform agency delivering end-to-end solutions for premier brands. You will build a React Native app from scratch, architect scalable mobile delivery patterns, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-performance products.

The role emphasizes mentoring engineers, driving engineering best practices, and delivering fast, scalable software with modern tech stacks. This is a 100% remote opportunity in the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of React Native experience.
• Strong working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Ability to design scalable architectures for high-performance mobile delivery.
• Experience estimating and tracking tasks using Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to plan and lead major projects from start to finish.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
