Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Mobile Endpoint Systems Engineer to lead strategy and deployment of enterprise mobile and endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. You will own MDM/MAM programs, zero-touch enrollment, BYOD/COPE/COBO designs, and collaborate with security to enforce zero-trust endpoint standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or IT.
• 5+ years in endpoint engineering with mobile management focus.
• Proficiency with MDM/MAM platforms (Intune required).
• Hands-on ABM/DEP, Android Enterprise, Windows Autopilot enrollment.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID device compliance and CA policies.
• Scripting/automation skills for lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise MDM/MAM platforms across major OS.
• Implement zero-touch enrollment programs and device policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with security to maintain zero-trust endpoint posture.
• Manage patching, deployment, and compliance across devices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
