Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to evolve and scale its enterprise ML platform. You will own infrastructure, orchestration, deployment, observability, and reliability of data and ML pipelines across the company.

You will partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Applied AI to productionize workloads, implement CI/CD and governance, and drive scalable ML model serving across AWS, Snowflake, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years in ML Ops, platform engineering, DevOps, or data platform engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation).
• Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and best practices.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks (Dagster, Airflow, Prefect).
• Experience with pytest and Unix-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure for training, batch, and real-time inference.
• Provision and deploy infra and services using IaC across AWS and related platforms.
• Build and maintain containerized model serving with Docker and modern deployment patterns.
• Document architecture, deployment standards, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with Data Science/Engineering to productionize models and improve velocity.
• Implement CI/CD, IaC, testing, and deployment automation across ML systems.
• Establish observability and monitoring for ML systems, including drift detection and data quality checks.
• Optimize platform reliability, governance, and efficiency across ML workflows.
