You will deploy models, automate pipelines, and mentor junior MLOps engineers while collaborating across teams to ensure data quality and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in MLOps, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing and scaling high-performing MLOps or data platform teams, with focus on career development and mentorship.
• Cloud ML Platforms: hands-on with Azure ML and Microsoft Fabric preferred; AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or similar platforms acceptable.
• Programming: strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and model deployment.
• DevOps & Containerization: Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), Docker, Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Model Deployment & Operationalization: transition models from experimentation to production in Docker containers.
• Pipeline Automation: build/maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows using GitHub Actions; manage container images in Azure Container Registry; deploy to AKS/ACS.
• Utilize Azure ML and Microsoft Fabric Data Science to manage ML lifecycle; adapt to other cloud platforms as needed.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: implement monitoring for model performance, data drift, and system health in production.
• Data Integration: collaborate with data engineering to feed clean data into models.
• Engineering Best Practices: write clean, modular Python code with Git version control.
