Job summary

This hands-on leadership role expects you to set engineering standards, unblock delivering across ML and data workloads, and partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and platform teams to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ML/Data/Software engineering with end-to-end product scope.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with production-grade code.
• Experience framing ML problems and evaluating models.
• Exposure to data pipelines, feature stores, and MLOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for ML and data systems across a product
• Design data foundations: events, feature tables, training/serving
• Develop and deploy ML models with monitoring and governance
• Collaborate with product, design, data science and platform teams
• Mentor engineers and enable teams to deliver across ML stack
