Eight Sleep seeks a Senior ML Operations Engineer to build and operate cutting-edge ML infrastructure for the Pod platform. You’ll own data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring across fleets, collaborating with R&D, firmware, data, and backend teams to ensure scalable, reliable inference.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with ML infra focus
• Hands-on ML workflow orchestration and CI/CD for model deployment
• Experience shipping ML models to production at scale with telemetry & monitoring

Responsibilities

• Design and operate robust ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Own end-to-end ML data/model deployment to production
• Collaborate with R&D, firmware, data and backend teams for reliable inference
• Optimize compute, storage, and deployment resources for performance
• Develop tooling and frameworks to streamline data processing and experimentation
