Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to own significant parts of the ML and agentic AI lifecycle, driving production-ready pipelines and scalable AI solutions. The role partners with cross-functional teams to turn prototypes into governed, high-performance automations across Danaher’s AI platforms.

You will implement automated testing, observability, and cost controls while guiding the development of reusable templates and golden paths for teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software, ML, or infrastructure engineering experience, including hands-on MLOps/LLMOps and production scale.
• Strong experience with ML/LLMOps lifecycle tooling: experiment tracking, evaluation, observability, model registry, versioning, lineage, reproducibility.
• Strong experience with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and major cloud platforms (Azure preferred) with IaC/CI/CD for ML.
• Proficiency in Python (and Bash) for automation, tooling, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ML and LLM lifecycle and deployment, including experiment tracking, model registries, and reproducibility.
• Productionize agentic workflows and automations using orchestration frameworks and containerized execution.
• Implement CI/CD, evaluation, and observability for ML/agents, including monitoring, drift, latency, and cost.
• Drive compute and cost efficiency for AI workloads with scheduling and resource governance.
• Build self-service ML tooling and provide technical leadership, establishing standards for MLOps/LLMOps.
