Job summary

LTM Tampa is seeking an experienced MLOps engineer to design, build and maintain scalable ML infrastructure, pipelines, and deployment processes.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to operationalize models, automate CI/CD, monitor performance, and ensure security and governance across ML workloads. This role offers exposure to Blueverse ML Engineering and opportunities to impact production systems at scale.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of MLOps experience in Blueverse ML Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of MLOps frameworks within Blueverse ML Engineering.
• Collaborate with data science teams to translate models into production solutions.
• Develop automated workflows for versioning, testing, deployment and rollback.
• Monitor deployed models for performance and trigger retraining as needed.
